How Lost Pet Alarm Works

When you activate your pet's alarm, we immediately begin working to help find your lost companion. Your payment goes toward creating and launching a targeted advertising campaign on Facebook and Instagram that reaches thousands of people in your local area.

Within minutes of your payment, we start the process of setting up your ad campaign. Your pet's photo and information are formatted for maximum visibility, and your ads begin running on Meta's platforms (Facebook and Instagram), appearing in the feeds of people near the location where your pet was last seen.

This is a real-time advertising service — once we submit your campaign to Meta, those advertising costs are immediately incurred and cannot be recovered.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Once your pet's alarm is activated and your ads begin running, the funds you paid are immediately spent on advertising through Meta's platforms. These costs are non-refundable from Meta, which means we cannot recover them to refund to you.

We understand this might be disappointing if your pet is found quickly or through other means, but please know that your payment helped maximize the chances of a safe reunion by reaching thousands of potential helpers in your area right when you needed them most.

Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare cases where there has been a technical error on our part that prevented your campaign from running as promised, we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Please contact us immediately if you believe there was an error with your campaign.
