Agreement for using Lost Pet Alarm services

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Lost Pet Alarm, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nozemans Software Pte Ltd.

Description of Service

Lost Pet Alarm is a service that helps reunite lost pets with their owners by creating and distributing targeted advertisements on social media platforms (primarily Facebook and Instagram). We provide tools to create missing pet alerts, distribute them to local communities, and facilitate communication between pet owners and potential finders.

Our service includes free features (website listings, QR code posters, sighting forms) and paid features (social media advertising campaigns). We make reasonable efforts to help find your pet but cannot guarantee results.

Your Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information about your pet and the circumstances of their disappearance
Use appropriate, clear photos of your pet that accurately represent their appearance
Not submit false reports or abuse the service for purposes other than finding genuinely lost pets
Respond promptly to sighting reports and treat community members with respect
Stop your alarm campaign immediately if your pet is found

Payments and Refunds

Payment for advertising campaigns is processed securely through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, your advertising campaign begins immediately. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Due to the immediate nature of advertising costs incurred when your campaign launches, we generally cannot offer refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details and rare exceptional circumstances.

Intellectual Property and License

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to Lost Pet Alarm. However, by using our service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your pet's photos and information for the purpose of creating and distributing advertisements to help find your pet.

This license includes the right to share your content on social media platforms, our website, and other channels as necessary to help locate your pet. The license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

Limitation of Liability

Lost Pet Alarm is a tool to help you find your lost pet, but we cannot guarantee that your pet will be found. We provide the service 'as is' and make no warranties about the effectiveness, reliability, or availability of our service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or costs associated with searching for your pet. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services.

Service Disclaimer

We rely on third-party platforms (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) to deliver advertisements. While we make every effort to ensure campaigns run smoothly, we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or technical issues caused by these third-party platforms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, provided false information, or engaged in abusive behavior. You may also terminate your use of the service at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Singapore, in accordance with the jurisdiction where Nozemans Software Pte Ltd is registered.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
